 Reservations cancel policy: 
Any cancellation needs to be communicated properly at least before check-in date and Group Reservation cancellation nee communicated properly at least 10 (Ten) days before check-in message is not acceptable under any circumstances), will be group Booking. 
Reservation will cancel automatically if guest/s have absented amount may not equal with price. 
Advanced payment for the postponed reservation will not be refunded if accommodated within two months from the purchase order.

•	Medical Emergencies: Passengers are responsible for informing the cruise authorities about any medical conditions in advance. 
•	Basic first Aid is available; however, the cruise management is not liable for any medical emergencies. 
•	Rescue Team and Rescue Boat will available for any kind of emergency situation. 
•	Male & Female Security Available all time 
•	Metal Detector & Security Scanner Available all time. 
•	No refunds Policy for Advance Booking. If the guest change his Schedule acknowledge us with 48 hours ago before the Event. Otherwise his booking will be Cancel .

My businesses, including EASTERN CORPORATION, NAZRUL STORE, and PERFECT MOSLA STORE, import a variety of herbal plants from countries like India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Greece, and Dubai. These products are distributed through my stores and to business partners across Bangladesh. I also own AUTHANTIC HERBAL FOOD AND COSMETICS LTD and PERFECT HERBAL FOOD AND COSMETICS LTD, which focus on manufacturing herbal food and cosmetic items. I am deeply committed to quality, ensuring that every transaction benefits all parties involved, from my customers to my employees. I strive to create a business environment built on trust, integrity, and happiness. I consider myself an organized, adaptable, and optimistic leader, believing that success comes from helping others.  <li>Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the cruise will receive a full refund.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.&nbsp;</li>
 <li>No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.&nbsp;</li>
