AEN River Cruise - Terms & Conditions 

Welcome to AEN River Cruise! To ensure that your experience is smooth and enjoyable, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. 

 

  Duration: Our river cruise lasts approximately 3 hours. This includes the scenic river tour, buffet dining, live entertainment, and other onboard experiences. 

 

2. Reservations & Bookings 

• Advance Booking: We recommend making a reservation at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially for group and corporate bookings. 
• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance payment. The remaining balance must be paid prior to boarding. 
• Cancellation: 
  1. Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the cruise will receive a full refund. 
  2. Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee. 
  3. No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event. 

 

3. Guest Policies 

• Minimum Age: Children under the age of 3 years can board for free (no meal included). Children aged 3 to 12 years will be charged the child rate. 
• Guest Conduct: All guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the cruise staff. AEN River Cruise reserves the right to ask any guest to leave the cruise in case of inappropriate behavior. 
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas on the cruise. 
• Pets: For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted on the cruise. 

 

4. Food & Beverage Policies 

• Buffet Menu: Our buffet includes a wide variety of dishes. Special dietary requirements (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. 
• Beverages: Soft drinks & water included in the cruise package. Soft beverages may be purchased on board, subject to local regulations. 

 

5. Entertainment 

• Live Entertainment: Enjoy live music and performances during the cruise. The type of entertainment may vary depending on the event and time of booking. 
• Private Events: For private parties, such as birthdays, weddings, or corporate events, special arrangements can be made for customized entertainment. Please inquire at the time of booking. 

 

6. Boarding & Check-in 

• Check-in Time: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure to complete your check-in. Late arrivals may not be able to board. 
• Departure Location: The cruise departs from [MAWA Shimulia Ghat-4], and the boarding gate will close 10 minutes before the scheduled time. 

 

  

7. Safety & Liability 

• Safety Measures: Safety is our top priority. Life jackets are provided for all guests, and the crew will guide you on safety procedures before departure. 
• Liability: AEN River Cruise is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended during the cruise. We recommend securing valuables in the designated areas. 
• Weather Conditions: In case of unfavorable weather (e.g., storms, heavy rain), the cruise may be rescheduled or canceled. If the cruise is canceled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued by MD Sir Reference.

 

  Media Consent: By booking the cruise, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes by AEN River Cruise. 

 

 

  Event Customization: For special requests such as custom decorations, private dining, or bespoke entertainment, please discuss these options with our event coordinator at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply based on the request.
